Affiliate disclosure
What that means
Some links on this site — mainly inside the buying guides — are affiliate links. If you follow one and buy something, this site receives a small commission from the retailer. The price you pay is exactly the same.
Which programs
- Amazon Associates (amazon.com). Links point to the US Amazon store using this publication's Associates tag. If you're outside the US, a product may not be available in your local Amazon store.
- My own Etsy shop. Links to spreadsheets and printables go to products I designed and sell myself. That isn't an affiliate relationship — it's my own shop — and it's labelled as such wherever it appears.
How links are marked
Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener". A
disclosure box appears above the first affiliate link on any page that has one.
Nothing is routed through a link shortener or a cloaking redirect, so you can see
where a link goes before you click it.
What commissions don't buy
No brand has paid to appear on this site, and no commission rate affects what gets recommended or in what order. If that ever changes, it will be stated on the page itself.
Prices, ratings and availability are never copied onto these pages — they change, and a stale price is a misleading one. Check the current price at the retailer.
